PCC @ Hillingdon Circuit
July 15, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
We have organised for Holly Seears, a British Cycling Level 3 qualified coach, to provide PCC members with an afternoon of training and tuition to enhance our riding skills.
The program is action packed! Holly will provide instruction on group riding skills including bunch riding, starts, advanced cornering and sprints. We will also do some mock racing at the end for those wanting to test out their recently enhanced skills and strategies gained from the afternoon tuition.
Please note the program and instruction is targeted at ALL abilities and will be done at a pace that enables ALL attending to participate (it is not a race!). The event is for those in the club wanting to better their cycling, experience circuit riding and improve on techniques within a group of familiar faces. Skills learnt during the day will help whether you are on one of the club runs, partaking in a sportive, or racing in the Tour de France!
Due to insurance restrictions the event is limited to 30 riders, so if interested please let me know asap. https://www.facebook.com/events/1024035441082952/
